Description

 

It is strongly recommended that you use this shape retainer when pressing plastic mugs to ensure the shape of the mug is not affected.

How to Imprint Mug

 

1. Print your design in reverse on sublimation paper using sublimation ink.
2. Secure paper face down onto the mug with heat resistant tape.
3. Insert the aluminium shape retainer (sold separately) into the mug.
4. * Heat press with medium pressure for 90  secs at a temperature of 175°C in a mug press.
5. Remove paper from the mug.
6. Remove the shape retainer.

Medium pressure

Temperature 175°C

Press time 90 secs .(Longer times lead to darker impressions)

Ensure you have the correct size heat mat.

It is strongly suggested that you use the aluminium shape retainer when pressing plastic mugs.

Do not keep paper prints for extended time periods, transfer your design to product within few hours of printing for best results.
